At our September 14 meeting Talis Evans, a member of the Rotary Club of Prospect presented on the future of Australia’s energy system.
His presentation covered the three “D’s” of Decarbonisation, Decentralisation and Digitisation. We explored the emerging opportunities and challenges posed by a rapidly changing energy market. The rise of electric vehicles, rooftop solar, future demands on grid infrastructure and emerging technologies were all part of his presentation.
