Together, let’s take a stand against domestic violence in our community.

The Rotary Club of Prospect is proud to support a significant state-wide Rotary initiative: the 2025 Walk for Respect. We invite all members of our community to join us for this peaceful and powerful event to say “No” to domestic violence and “Yes” to respectful relationships.
This is more than just a walk; it’s a public demonstration of our collective commitment to raising awareness about the devastating impacts of domestic violence and coercive control on women, men, and children. By walking together, we can send a clear message that our community will not tolerate abuse and that we stand in solidarity with survivors.

How You Can Help
In addition to walking, you can support survivors by bringing a donation of non-perishable food or essential household items. A drop-off station will be available in Victoria Square to collect these items, which will be distributed to partner organisations that help people rebuild their lives free from violence.
This is a vital opportunity for the Prospect community to unite with fellow Rotary members and support services from across South Australia.
